As it has been declared on the Committee meeting the bill (Re.№ 2597) is aimed at inclusion into the disabled section of family the children that are studying at the full-time form of studying in educational institutions of compulsory system of secondary educational system, until they finish studying in educational institutions, but not more than the age of 23.
The People´s Deputy have supported the Bill, but at the same time have expressed some remarks In particular, regarding the inexpediency of norm adoption that determines right on receiving the pension by children that are studying in "other educational institutions of compulsory secondary education", as extra-scholastic educational institutions, inter-school educational-industrial complexes also belong to it and are functioning in order to meet the demands of children in extra education due to their interests.
